T-Jay - Pure Love (1997)

PURE LOVE 1997

In 1997 T-Jay (who had to shorten the name to TJ due to a more successful recording of another T-Jay) knew that releases on tape are pretty useless and so he decided to release 6-track EPs on CD instead of a full length album on tape.

The album was dedicated to his then 5 year old son and the artwork consisted the lyrics of the songs. TJ worked with three guitarists and a poet on this release and the reviews were brilliant.

The album made it to the pole position of the DRMV charts and allowed TJ to work on further releases.
